Being strong does not always mean being loud, it can mean being quiet too. When you are strong from within, you are brave, and you become braver every single day. Being strong means you can change your life to protect it, to keep it going, to make it count. It starts with you.
When we work together we can better understand each other, and we realize that kindness has a profound impact on all that we do, how we see each other, and how we see ourselves. When we are kind, we do good not just for ourselves but also for others. Plant a seed of hope, of goodness in others. Be a symbol of hope to bring change. Together we can plant the seeds of change so that we can go forward through these difficult times of life.
Being an advocate for peace means making a decision to make a difference in the world by peacefully showing what is good for the greater good of humanity. This time of uncertainty can bring forth peacefulness among all of us who are experiencing the same difficulties with life. During a time of public health crisis, being peaceful with each other can help us get through this calamity together. One day at a time. One step at a time. Together we can get through this time peacefully.
